Industry Products has a diverse array of modern equipment we use to prepare material, die cut parts and fabricate assemblies. Most equipment is computer or PLC-controlled and many are CAD-driven. While it is impossible to list the equipment base in detail, some highlights include:

Press Equipment - 350-ton Bruno presses with 84"x74" cutting area and bar code die systems, Komatsu presses with precise die alignment and menu-driven controls. Preco presses with precision line roll feed systems and the ability to kiss cut low density materials on release paper.

RF Sealing - Callanan and HFT RF machines from 6 to 30kW, many equipped with four-station turntables.

Assembly - Many lines with IPC-designed automation, Union Tool hot melt adhesive roll coater with Nordson 55-gallon drum unloader, Juki computer-controlled sewing, riveting machines.

Material Prep - Computerized Seybold cutters, laminators, slitters and sheeting equipment.

Tooling Technology Center - Charmilles Technology EDM wire machines, 36"x40" wide bed plotter and sample cutter, Haas CNC machining center, Helmond computerized steel rule bender.
